FLATWATER KAYAKING

This is a progressive skill development program to give solid foundation paddling skills including technique, posture, balance, capsize prevention, self and team rescue skills and eskimo rolling. No prior experience necessary, all equipment supplied.

SURF KAYAKING

This is a progressive skill development program concentrating on correct paddle stroke technique, safe and effective bracing and support strokes, a competent and confident eskimo roll, surf safety, and lots of fun kayaking in the surf.
